About The Position

Kraft Kennedy is a multidisciplinary consulting firm with expertise in technology and management consulting, technology strategies, application specialties, technology infrastructure, managed services and proactive support. The Support Practice Group/Network Operations Center is a large and growing group of diverse technical staff providing a broad range of technology support in various industry verticals as part of Kraft Kennedy’s Managed Services offering. This part-time paid Intern position will work closely with co-workers, senior technical staff and other support staff in this collaborative, highly active, engaging environment. The position is remote.

Requirements

Rising Sophomore or Junior in college
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interest in technology and related college major
Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow up
Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting
Must live in one of these locations to be considered for this remote position: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Missouri, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, DC, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio or Washington.

Nice To Haves

Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred
Some experience with networking hardware and basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work alongside co-workers, senior technical staff and other support staff.
Learn about client environments and various technologies used therein.
Work on environments utilizing the full breadth of cloud and on premise technology used in the legal industry, including cloud solutions from Microsoft, Mimecast, NetDocuments, etc.
Work closely with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc.
Receive tickets assigned or scheduled by the on-duty dispatcher.
