About The Position

As the Intern, Infrastructure Services, you will receive hands-on training to operate an enterprise IT infrastructure in a team-oriented environment. Working under the supervision of the Infrastructure Services team, you will Gain exposure to a broad range of enterprise infrastructure technologies, equipment, and tools Receive instructions and guidance from experienced team members Learn and apply IT security, access management, and operational best practices in an enterprise environment Assist with day-to-day infrastructure support activities, including basic troubleshooting, documentation, monitoring, and escalation Participate in infrastructure projects involving networking, cloud platforms, server virtualization, Microsoft Windows Server, and enterprise administration tools Gain hands-on experience in Aruba and Cisco networking, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure, VMware, and Microsoft Windows Server administration Help maintain technical documentation, asset information, support procedures, and knowledge base articles Collaborate with other IT teams and business users to deliver timely technology support.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, cloud computing, or enterprise IT support concepts
  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow documented procedures
  • Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Team-oriented, listens to others and values opinions, helps the team leader to meet goals, meets all team deadlines and responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification such as CompTIA Network+, Server+, Cloud+, A or similar is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, or cloud platforms is a plus

Responsibilities
