About The Position

LG H&H Americas is a division of LG H&H, a leading beauty and personal care company in Korea. The company has grown its brand portfolio in the US and Canada. The Influencer Marketing Intern will work across LG H&H’s brands, including LG Beauty, The Crème Shop, and The Avon Company, helping grow brand awareness through creative, data-grounded tactics and strategies. The role focuses on influencer gifting, relationship and network management, and maintaining influencer marketing platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or Advertising from an accredited college.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional partners with little oversight.
• Demonstrated passion for social media and content creation.
• Active social media presence.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with image or video editing software.
• Experience in or strong interest in beauty.

Responsibilities

• Support organic influencer gifting across LG H&H brands by identifying creators, coordinating outreach, and managing shipments.
• Help grow and maintain a pool of influencers, track key moments, and maintain relationships.
• Assist with internal influencer gifting and manage in-office gifting inventory.
• Regularly track and audit the internal influencer network to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining influencer platforms such as Tribe Dynamics and Statusphere.
