The hourly rate for this internship is $21.30 with paid company holidays. Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics or closely related discipline
Minimum GPA of 2.8
Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities

Support staff on projects while developing skills, technical expertise, interpersonal and communication skills, and Employee/Labor Relations skills
Build working knowledge within Employee/Labor Relations through exposure to a variety of daily tasks, and projects
Infrequent travel required within Southeast WI
