About The Position

The Director, Labor Relations and Human Resources (HR) Policy serves as a strategic leader and subject matter expert on labor relations with an enterprise-wide scope. This role is responsible for leading labor negotiations, interpreting, and ensuring the consistent and effective administration of collective bargaining agreements and grievance procedures and fostering constructive union relationships. The Director will also lead and drive positive employee relations initiatives and will provide critical and expert guidance and consulting on the labor relations impact of business decisions and transactions, helping to proactively manage risk and align labor strategy with operational goals. The Director will be responsible for ensuring that the HR policies and procedures are reviewed and maintained and will establish or review the appropriate governance.
