About The Position

The Graphic Design Intern supports The Bernard Group’s design team by producing print-ready artwork and graphics for retail fixtures and branded environments. Most of the work is production-focused, including preparing files, resizing and versioning artwork, and checking details before print. Under close guidance from senior team members, the intern may also contribute creative ideas. The role helps keep creative workflows organized and moving forward, and is suited to a student seeking hands-on production art and graphic design experience in retail, exhibit, or experiential settings. The paid internship starts with an interactive onboarding program covering the company, its technology, processes, and culture. Interns are integrated into teams and learn how to support the quality, service, and speed required by the retail industry. This is a 2027 summer internship in Chanhassen, Minnesota, with a start date of either May 24 or June 7, 2027.
