About The Position

This internship serves Compeer Financials’ internal drivers and external clients by assisting the Fleet Leasing department with vehicle ordering, ordering fleet management material, title and license registrations, vehicle recall notifications, toll invoice notification and other miscellaneous projects as assigned. This intern will work full-time through the Summer of 2027. The internship is located out of the Rochester, MN office location.

Requirements

Working towards completing a Business, Marketing or Agriculture degree, with 1-2 years completed.
Strong working knowledge of computers and software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional skills and abilities in client service, teamwork and time management.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Responsibilities

Review and place fleet vehicle orders.
Order Fleet Management Materials.
Assist with title and license registrations, along with vehicle tab renewals.
Notify drivers of vehicle recalls.
Notify drivers of personal toll invoices.
Misc. projects as assigned.
