Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program
  • Rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, onsite five days a week
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Solid time‑management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn, ask questions, and apply feedback
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accurate work
  • Professional, dependable, and accountable with strong follow‑through
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Support financial and procurement analytics, including data gathering, validation, and analysis related to spend, budgeting, vendor performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Assist with reporting and dashboard development, using Excel and other analytics tools to help track key financial, procurement, and operational metrics for leadership review.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Business teams to support data‑driven decision‑making and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and market analysis related to vendor pricing, contract trends, cost drivers, and sourcing opportunities, summarizing findings into clear insights.
  • Support procurement processes and documentation, including vendor onboarding, contract tracking, and compliance reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Help identify process improvement opportunities, leveraging data and analytics to enhance efficiency, controls, and reporting within finance and procurement workflows.
  • Contribute to enterprise‑level projects, gaining exposure to how financial data and procurement strategy support organizational growth, scalability, and risk management.
