About The Position

Geosyntec is seeking a limited-term Intern to assist its Corporate Finance Team. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) intern position during the summer of 2026. The position will be based in Denver, Colorado, supporting Corporate services in Boca Raton, FL and across the U.S. A remote work schedule from Denver, Colorado may be available at the company's discretion. Requirements

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program focused in Finance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to remain motivated even when performing repetitive tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on skills leveraging Excel for complex tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Satisfactory completion of a background check to ensure confidentiality with client information.

Nice To Haves

Coursework in accounting and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

Work closely with corporate accounting, finance and tax team to analyze financial information.
Liaison with the right people within the organization to gather the information required for analysis.
Understand the three financial statements of the firm, with focus on cash flow.
Understand the industry in which Geosyntec operates in.
