You will develop critical leadership and functional skills in areas such as financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial reporting, and investment accounting and analysis. The Finance internship program is an 10-week experience that includes formal and experiential learning, volunteerism, and networking.

Requirements

  • Students expecting to graduate prior to August 2028 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance Risk, and Business Analytics majors.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
  • Must have a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, change agility, and team skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Data analytics and financial modeling coursework is a plus.
  • Leadership experience outside of the classroom.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in a Capstone team project outside of assignment domain – partner with other interns to research and present.
