About The Position

This is a 10-week Finance internship program designed for high-performing students who have demonstrated leadership potential. The program offers a blend of formal and experiential learning, volunteerism, and networking opportunities. Interns will develop critical leadership and functional skills in areas such as financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial reporting, and investment accounting and analysis within an exciting and inclusive work environment where the customer is at the center of all operations.

Requirements

Students expecting to graduate prior to August 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance Risk, and Business Analytics majors.
GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
Must have a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement.
Demonstrate strong communication, change agility, and team skills.
Leadership experience outside of the classroom.

Nice To Haves

Data analytics and financial modeling coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop critical leadership and functional skills in areas such as financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial reporting, and investment accounting and analysis.
Participate in a challenging assignment within the Finance organization.
Engage in a capstone team project outside of the assignment domain, partnering with other interns to research and present findings.
Develop core competencies in required corporate skills.
Participate in coaching, mentoring, evaluation, and feedback sessions.
