About The Position

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is designed to prepare participants for roles of increasing responsibility within the finance organization. This two-year rotational program offers a comprehensive development experience through approximately four rotational assignments, including a three-month international rotation. Participants will gain working knowledge of key finance functions such as General Accounting, Internal Audit, Cost Controlling, Commercial Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis. The program emphasizes producing results, building credibility, and developing a strong company network by interacting with senior finance leaders and participating in key financial initiatives. Geographical flexibility is required during and upon completion of the program, with relocation assistance provided. Before program completion, participants will collaborate with the administrator to identify suitable positions for interviews across the finance organization.

Requirements

  • Full-time student completing bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
  • Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the finance function.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Related work or internship experience.
  • Demonstrates exceptional financial business partnering with a strong presence and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement.
  • Results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability.
  • Geographical flexibility is required during and upon program completion.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
