About The Position

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-year rotational program designed to prepare participants for roles of increasing responsibility within the finance organization. Through a combination of rotational assignments, formalized feedback, and mentoring, participants will gain working knowledge of key finance functions, develop strong company networks, and interact with senior finance leaders. The program includes approximately four rotational assignments, with a mandatory three-month international rotation. Assignment lengths are typically six months but can be adjusted to accommodate business needs and the international experience. Geographical flexibility is required during and after the program, and relocation assistance is provided. Examples of rotations include General Accounting, Internal Audit, Cost Controlling, Commercial Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis. Upon completion, participants will work with the administrator to identify suitable positions within the finance organization.

Requirements

  • Full-time student completing bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
  • Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the finance function.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Related work or internship experience.
  • Demonstrates exceptional financial business partnering with a strong presence and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement.
  • Results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability.
  • Geographical flexibility is required during and upon program completion.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • Aptitude to apply accounting and finance skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to excellence and integrity.
