Requirements

Currently enrolled in college for either a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Strong English language (verbal and written communication) skills.
Ability to contribute in group meetings, provide project updates, write training documents, and relay information accurately to other parties.
Culturally compatible with Microchip’s values-based structure and style.
Ability to work with a good work ethic in a collaborative environment with both individual and team decision making.
Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Solid understanding of data confidentiality with a customer-oriented focus.

Responsibilities

Create instructional material, including videos, on how to use features in the workflow management tool or create workarounds.
Enhance and maintain Confluence pages to include the videos.
Manage workflow tool access requests from users.
Enhance and fix bugs in a Python-based portal used to maintain workflow blueprints, user issues, and access requests.
Occasionally work with business users to understand their business processes, identify scenarios where an automated workflow tool can be used, and help them get started using the self-service workflow tools.
