About The Position

Labcorp is seeking an eLearning Producer Intern to join their Sales Enablement Team. This role involves developing engaging digital training materials for the Sales organization, creating various eLearning content formats, and supporting the enhancement of sales force skills. The intern will also be responsible for reviewing and updating existing content, adapting marketing resources for digital learning, and applying instructional design principles. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with the possibility of remote work and is part of Labcorp's Global Internship Program.

Requirements

Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
Working towards a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong interest in eLearning development, digital content creation, and instructional design.
Experience creating digital content, including graphics, animations, presentations, or videos.
Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, engaging text and visuals.
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with graphic design, image editing, page layout, and multimedia production.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe creative tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Brainshark, Adobe Creative Suite, or Vyond is preferred.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices is a plus.
Rising juniors and seniors are preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales Trainers, Marketing, content managers, and subject matter experts to develop engaging digital training materials for the Sales organization.
Create and produce eLearning content, including online courses, presentations, webinars, assessments, podcasts, videos, animations, and other digital learning assets.
Support the development of new knowledge-based training materials to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales force.
Review, update, and refresh existing training content to improve engagement, accessibility, and learning effectiveness.
Transform technical or complex information into clear, visually engaging, and easy-to-understand learning materials.
Curate existing marketing and training resources and adapt content for digital learning platforms.
Apply instructional design principles to create learning activities that improve knowledge retention and proficiency.
Support the use of existing and emerging learning platforms, tools, and technologies.
