About The Position

Labcorp is seeking an eLearning Producer Intern to join its Sales Enablement Team in Durham or Burlington, North Carolina. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with remote work also potentially available. The intern will help develop and improve digital learning resources for Labcorp’s Sales organization, collaborating with Sales Trainers, Marketing, content managers, and subject matter experts. The work includes creating and refreshing online courses, presentations, webinars, assessments, podcasts, videos, animations, and other digital learning assets, and adapting existing marketing and training resources for digital learning platforms.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in instructional design, multimedia production, and digital learning development, while learning about eLearning authoring tools, visual design, and digital training platforms. The position is part of Labcorp’s paid, full-time, 11-week 2027 Global Internship Program, scheduled for June 1 through August 13, 2027. The program includes enterprise-wide learning experiences, leadership exposure, an in-person intern event, senior leader speaker sessions, professional development opportunities, engagement with employee resource groups, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and working toward a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in eLearning development, digital content creation, and instructional design.
• Experience creating digital content, including graphics, animations, presentations, or videos.
• Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, engaging text and visuals.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with graphic design, image editing, page layout, and multimedia production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe creative tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Brainshark, Adobe Creative Suite, or Vyond.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Rising junior or senior standing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Trainers, Marketing, content managers, and subject matter experts to develop digital training materials for the Sales organization.
• Create eLearning content, including online courses, presentations, webinars, assessments, podcasts, videos, animations, and other digital learning assets.
• Support development of knowledge-based training materials to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales force.
• Review, update, and refresh existing training content to improve engagement, accessibility, and learning effectiveness.
• Transform technical or complex information into clear, visually engaging, easy-to-understand learning materials.
• Curate existing marketing and training resources and adapt content for digital learning platforms.
• Apply instructional design principles to create learning activities that improve knowledge retention and proficiency.
• Support the use of existing and emerging learning platforms, tools, and technologies.
