About The Position

Performance Development Group (PDG) is seeking Contract eLearning Developers to join their talent network. This role is project-based and paid via 1099 or corp to corp. PDG is a global leader in helping Life Sciences companies improve sales performance through collaborative advisory services and innovative sales performance solutions. They offer a variety of learning projects, handle business development and client contracts, and provide tools and templates to support consultants. Consultants are paid a generous hourly rate, with invoices paid on time regardless of client payment schedules. PDG emphasizes a friendly team environment and treats consultants like family. The eLearning Developer is responsible for translating instructional and visual designer concepts into engaging and visually appealing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline. The ideal candidate is flexible and can work on fast-paced projects with flexible work arrangements.

Requirements

A minimum of 5-10 years of high-end E-learning development experience using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.
A professional portfolio featuring relevant work samples demonstrating capabilities in visual design and utilizing elearning tools to drive learner engagement.
5 years of corporate training experience at large enterprise companies.
Candidates must reside in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Life Sciences Industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Take designs from instructional and visual designers and implement them into Articulate Storyline.
Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to ensure eLearning modules are visually appealing and engaging for the learner.
Work on a project basis for ongoing needs.
