About The Position

The intern will engage in the project: Xselling and Upselling for existing customers with AI modelling in digital channels that will focus on mapping all opportunities for driving upselling and xselling campaigns that can increase the volume of sales to existing customers in digital channels using AI models.
Perform research on existing customer profiles, trends, AI trends, etc.
Analyze and process large datasets to extract relevant insights for AI model development
Build data modelling
Growing revenue via upselling existing customers using AI models for profiling existing customers and matching them with the right offers.
Document all research, modelling, scripts, workflows, and technical decisions to ensure a clean handoff/playbook to implement and complete.

Requirements

• Currently studying Computer Science/ IT / Technical or related fields.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to present technical work to non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Previous coursework or projects related to AI modelling is a plus.
