About The Position

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to work with their Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The intern will be responsible for documenting current processes, expanding social media presence, and researching the competition. Stanley Martin Homes is a large and growing homebuilder with a people-first culture, committed to delivering exceptional homebuyer experiences.

Requirements

• Rising Sophomore or later in bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, communications or similar
• Interest in digital marketing, email marketing and social media
• Able to successfully collaborate with co-workers from multiple teams and communicate with all levels of the organization
• Experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• 40-hour work week for at least 8 weeks this Summer (June-August)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation of social media content
• Assist with the creation and posting of website content
• Work with team to analyze email marketing performance and create new emails as needed
• Update the competitive benchmarking of our website
• Other projects as assigned
