About The Position

The Digital Marketing Intern will operate in a dynamic environment working in coordination with the communications team to assist daily and long-term projects for the corporate office and eight lines of business within Leonardo DRS.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a college degree in marketing, communications or elated
Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Effectively utilize standard office software and computer equipment
Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Suite

Responsibilities

Contribute to the execution of projects and organizational objectives.
Branding – Assist in maintaining the corporate brand resources internal SharePoint page.
Web Content - Write / update / proof-read copy for all the corporate level pages. Utilizing targeted keywords, bullet points and messaging as resources for the development of optimized web content
Trade shows - Support for template-based collateral (i.e. booth evites and product cards) and assisting with trade show-based evite email forms and list management.
Corporate Social Responsibility Communications – help develop internal articles and social media posts for our monthly military service organization spotlight campaigns.
Create graphs and charts for various projects using spreadsheet and graphics software with direction
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
May support staff in assigned project based work
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
