About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the Client Service Unit department. The intern will acquire on-the-job training in different areas related to the client life cycle (Internal Events, onboarding, banking operations & documentation, updates, credit operations, investment platforms, etc.). The intern will also support in current projects of Activity reports with Credit, Appian Updates, W8s, DocuSign and POs, W8s Appian, and assignments to specific initiatives for the various regions. Additionally, the intern will support Bankers and the team in other administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree - Required
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Languages: English & Spanish (Portuguese ideally, but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate
  • Willing to learn and get hands-on experience
  • Attention to detail and follow through
  • Dedication to the team’s success
