The Corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern supports key CRM initiatives, including data validation, hotel-driven projects, revenue management support, and profile data entry and configuration within the CRM platform.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education required.
  • Previous hospitality experience and current hospitality discipline preferer.
  • Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Excel, math skills as well as financial analysis capabilities required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented; a problem solver and project manager
  • Quick learner with the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintain high level of confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • 20 hours per week, flexible based on business needs
  • Assist with CRM platform testing and profile management
  • Assist with quality assurance testing of the Montage Mobile App, helping to identify issues, validate functionality, and ensure a seamless guest experience in advance of the summer guest launch
  • Attend weekly third-party project vendor calls
  • Support CRM roadmap delivery in partnership with Revenue Management, IT, Sales & Marketing and L&D
  • Support strategic initiatives (such as database health quality) that elevate the golden guest profile framework across hotels
  • Complete UAT testing as required
