About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Commercial Sales Operations Intern to join their Atlantic Division Commercial Operations Team. This position is primarily remote, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule for candidates located near a Labcorp office. The internship is part of the Labcorp 2027 Global Internship Program, a dynamic 11-week paid internship where students will work on impactful projects and gain real-world experience. The program aims to immerse interns in hands-on work that complements their academic background, offering exposure to Labcorp’s global business, culture, and leadership through enterprise-wide learning experiences, leadership exposure, an immersive intern event, senior leader speaker sessions, continuous connection and growth opportunities, and connection to Labcorp’s inclusive culture. Dedicated mentoring connections will guide intern growth and provide career advice.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
  • Working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and AI tools or applications.
  • Comfortable working with data and supporting data-driven projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (December 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Interest in healthcare, diagnostics, commercial strategy, or sales operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the Atlantic Division.
  • Support inside and external sales activities and gain exposure to commercial sales operations.
  • Support data cleanup and data management projects within Salesforce.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Analytics.
  • Contribute to divisional sales operations by helping streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance CRM utilization.
  • Assist with the creation of dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making for Commercial leadership.
  • Gain exposure to sales strategy planning, territory alignment, and incentive modeling.
  • Support additional sales operations projects and initiatives as needed.
