2027 Spring - Intern - Airport Customer Service (ACS)
About The Position
The 2027 Spring Intern, Airport Customer Service (ACS) will gain experience in airline operations by supporting Frontier Airlines’ ACS organization. The intern will contribute to improving operational performance and work with ACS Directors to support initiatives. Experience will be gained through assigned projects and on-the-job training. The internship runs from January 11, 2027, through May 21, 2027, and is based in Denver, Colorado. The position operates in a typical office environment that is adequately heated and cooled. It requires flexibility to work long hours to accommodate training needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to travel for extended periods. Moderate physical activity is required, including occasionally handling objects up to 50 pounds and frequently handling objects up to 20 pounds. The intern receives close supervision, detailed instructions, and frequent checks of work. No positions are supervised.
Requirements
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Ability to proofread and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize assignments.
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
- Competency and comprehensive knowledge of PCs, fax machines, scanners, digital cameras, video cameras, general office equipment, LCD equipment, copy machines, and industry-standard printers, including ticketing, baggage, and telex printers.
- Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities
- Support training standardization and compliance management.
