Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies
  • Experience with various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
  • Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data imports
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is advantageous
  • Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
