Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies
- Experience with various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data imports
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is advantageous
- Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
