About The Position

Designed to prepare the employee for a higher degree of cooking skill through instruction and experience. Assists with the preparation of foods and seasonings. Cooks and garnishes all food in accordance with established recipes and procedures. Completes special assignments for the Cook or Sous Chef as requested.

  • At least one (1) year experience in different phases of basic food preparation.
