About The Position

The Interior Door Picker supports manufacturing and production by selecting, organizing, and delivering the correct materials and door components to production teams. The role helps maintain workflow efficiency, product quality, and on-time customer delivery. The picker also prepares customer orders for shipping, staging, or further processing and works with production, assembly, and shipping teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow written instructions and pick lists.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle building materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, production schedules, and material lists.

Nice To Haves

• Up to one month of related experience or training preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, inventory, or production experience is a plus; motivated candidates may be trained.

Responsibilities

• Review pick lists and identify materials needed for production and assembly.
• Select, organize, and stage door components and materials for manufacturing teams.
• Safely transport materials between receiving, inventory, production, and assembly areas.
• Sort and place materials according to product specifications, size, style, and production requirements.
• Fulfill work orders and material requests to support ongoing production.
• Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipping, staging, or further processing.
• Maintain organized inventory areas and ensure materials are available for production needs.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, assembly, and shipping teams to support daily operations and customer satisfaction.
