About The Position

RH Project Coordinators own key phases of the Interior Design Project lifecycle and contribute to the success of RH Interior Design by supporting Lead Designers. The role is suited to innovators with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for establishing and fostering relationships. Project Coordinators provide a luxury experience for RH Interior Design clients, coordinate initial project phases in partnership with RH Interior Designers, and serve as the primary client liaison after project completion—from order placement through delivery and installation. They create and maintain project and design documentation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure project schedules and timelines are met. They also represent the RH lifestyle brand and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven success coordinating concurrent projects.
Strategic with a relationship-driven mentality.
Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
Solid technical background, with experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems.
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
Ability to maneuver effectively around the Gallery floor, stock room, and office.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and twist, stoop, kneel, squat, bend, and climb.
Ability to travel locally or out of state.

Nice To Haves

Experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail.
Licensed to drive.

Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry.
Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
