About The Position
Passero Associates is offering a paid Interior Design Co-op/Intern opportunity at its Rochester, New York office. The intern will gain professional experience toward a career in interior design and contribute to a diverse range of projects, including multifamily housing, municipal, and commercial work. The role involves working with a team on interior design projects, modeling design and construction drawings and details, maintaining the design library, and potentially participating in field work, measured drawings, site inspections, and construction field visits.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Available now through Winter/Spring 2027.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to contribute to a positive work culture as a team player.
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
Nice To Haves
- Introductory experience with Revit, Photoshop, and other rendering software.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team environment to help deliver interior design projects.
- Model design and construction drawings and details.
- Maintain and update the design library.
- Potentially perform field work, measured drawings, site inspections, and construction field visits.
