This role involves answering video interactive phone calls in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout interactions. The Interactive Teller Rep/Video Teller will provide resolutions to member inquiries regarding account activity and balances, process fund transfers between accounts, wire transfers, stop payments, order checks, process checks by phone, and handle debit/ATM card processing. A key aspect of the role is achieving and maintaining all required performance goals and quality measurements, while strictly complying with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
