We have an exciting opportunity for an Intensive Family Support Worker to join our Zero to Six team which is part of our Home and Community Outreach Team! We are currently for a full time permanent role. In this role you will provide consultation and intensive virtual and home-based family support to families with children from birth to age six. You will partner with families to assess their needs, identify treatment goals, identify and work with the family providing treatment in their homes and sometimes in our offices. You will work mostly with the adult caregiver and also with their children. Following the ARC (Attachment, Regulation, Competency) treatment model, the Intensive Family Support Worker creates an environment where children, youth and their families can further their resilience and wellness and heal from the effects of trauma.
