About The Position

GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for the Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training from Squad through Echelon Above Brigade (EAB). Requirements

• BS/BA (subject immaterial)
• 2-5 years of military training and training support operations
• Hands on expertise and understanding of C2IS and Sim-Stim systems and integration
• Robust knowledge of the Army and Joint Event Life Cycle and planning processes, simulation architecture and both simulation and tactical network architectures
• Superb understanding on MTC operations
• Secret clearance required to start, must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
• Superb presentation and communication skills
• Strong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on JELC / ELM requirements and Simulation objectives
• Must be able to lead a planning team to create a high-fidelity, realistic training event in a Live, Virtual, and Constructive environment to meet customer requirements

Responsibilities

• Delivers small, medium and large collective training events / exercises in accordance with the established MTC training program.
• Delivers Intelligence scenario development and analysis.
• Supports Unit Commander’s Training Objectives by developing training methods and materials such as curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on consultation with client / user specifications.
• Develops TSP training products that include comprehensive operational procedures for an integrated federation of Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS) and Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) simulation / stimulation systems.
• Participates in Event / Exercise lifecycle management (planning, preparation, execution and recovery, AAR).
• Consults with users to design, create, and configure systems to meet their training requirements.
• Develops training environments that are unique to unit training requirements.
• Completes setup and configuration of systems, conducts testing, troubleshooting and modification of systems as required.
• Participates in internal AARs upon completion of training.
• Certifies IAW the Professional Development and Certification Program (PDCP).
• Performs other duties as required.
