The ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to work across multiple intelligence sections to collect, fuse, and share intelligence to maintain a leading edge on behalf of National Security interests, specifically focused on the Indo-Pacific region. Requirements

  • Trained Army 35F or equivalent
  • Expertise in Competition (e.g. GPC, CMI, TOC/TCO) analysis, grey zone activities, etc.
  • Ability to synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into coherent reports/documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings and external organizations
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectively
  • Highly proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and report databases (e.g. RMT or similar, etc.)
  • Valid US Passport
  • Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility (must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting a counterdrug or law enforcement mission
  • Previous experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence or operations
  • Knowledge of INDOPACOM targeting processes
  • Previous experience supporting a Combatant Command

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis on transnational criminal organizations (TCO) in the INDOPACOM AOR against State and non-State actors
  • Create target packages and serialized products
  • Conduct link/nodal analysis, and create and maintain target/knowledge-dense databases
  • Utilize IC tools to conduct analysis, identify and assess threats, and create products to support DoD priorities; familiar with intelligence writing and with ICD 203 analytic standards
  • Maintain a strong understanding of INDOPACOM priorities in support of law enforcement agencies
  • Collaborate with DoD and IC analysts to share, generate, and collect leads, corroborate information, and enable a joint-approach to actioning targets of interest
  • Work independently, respond promptly to requests for information, and possess effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
