About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Intel Assisted Sales Promoter to work with shoppers and store personnel at Best Buy. The role involves recommending Intel computer products and services to customers, demonstrating products, and providing an informative and engaging shopping experience. Technology training is provided.

The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, totaling 24 hours per weekend. Additional shifts may be required on holidays or key customer shopping days, with occasional weekday shifts. The position is based in the Nashville, Tennessee market and includes regular visits to assigned stores.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to engage customers, demonstrate products, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with additional shifts potentially required.
• Own a smartphone.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and grab; occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; and continuously perform hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits at assigned stores.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing is preferred.
• Interest in PC and gaming products.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel.
• Train store associates on Intel products and technologies.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services.
• Engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovery through closing the sale.
• Use Best Buy’s point-of-sale system to process non-cash sales.
• Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-ups and engagement.
• Complete same-day online reports documenting visits, feedback, and observations, and submit customer and store photos.
• Maintain business communication with the Regional Manager through occasional phone calls, Teams meetings, and emails.
