About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Intel Assisted Sales Promoter to work at an assigned Best Buy location in the Nashville, Tennessee market. The role focuses on helping customers select Intel computer products and services, providing an interactive and informative shopping experience, and training store associates on Intel products and technologies. Technology training is provided. The position primarily involves Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts for 24 hours per weekend, with additional shifts potentially scheduled on holidays or other key shopping days. The role offers $17 per hour, weekly pay, on-demand pay options through DailyPay, paid online or at-home training, provided apparel, and a $30 monthly cell phone reimbursement. The position requires a smartphone and reliable transportation to assigned stores. Work includes standing, walking, reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Ability to engage customers, demonstrate products, and ask for the sale.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Own a smartphone.
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits at assigned stores in the area.

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
Interest in PC and gaming products.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel.
Train store associates on Intel products and technologies.
Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services.
Engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering needs through closing the sale, and use Best Buy POS to transact non-cash sales.
Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-ups and engagement.
Complete same-day online reports documenting store visits, feedback, observations, and customer and store photos.
Maintain business communication with the Regional Manager through occasional phone calls, Teams meetings, and/or emails.
Work consistent weekend visits, primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and additional shifts such as holiday selling days when required.
