About The Position

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Integration Test & Validation Engineer to provide software and hardware test support for retrofit and aftermarket technology kit projects. The engineer partners with team leads and fellow engineers to complete daily tasks.

The manager assigns projects to team leads, who delegate work to engineers. The role is highly collaborative, with one to two team meetings per day and regular one-on-one meetings. Work is split between an office, a lab equipped with hand tools and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) benches, and proving grounds for hands-on machine and equipment testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly experience.
• Software regression testing experience.
• Machine operating experience in a commercial, industrial, agricultural, or similar setting.
• Experience creating software test plans.
• Camera/detection technology development and validation experience.
• Ability to present technical problems and solutions.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and fabricate electrical hardware.
