About The Position

CTI is hiring an Audio Visual Integration Technician in Columbus, Ohio, to install and maintain audio-visual and conference systems while providing a strong customer experience. Requirements

At least 2 years of audio-visual installation experience.
Customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and ask questions when needed.
Eagerness to learn and a willingness to tackle varied situations.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds overhead.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check and Criminal Background Check.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree is preferred but not required.
AV/IT networking experience.

Responsibilities

Install audio, video, control systems, and video conferencing equipment.
Fabricate equipment racks.
Pull and terminate a variety of cables.
Read drawings and blueprints.
Service systems and perform maintenance.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
