About The Position

CTI offers a paid internship of at least ten weeks beginning May 25, 2027. Interns build fundamental skills and gain hands-on experience while working alongside system design and technical integration professionals. The program includes AV integration boot-camp training, introductory training, real-world experience, impactful projects, hands-on problem-solving, and preparation for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam. Interns work 40 hours per week on-site with AV professionals, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The internship pay rate is $17 per hour. Requirements

Anticipated associate's or bachelor's degree graduation between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record per company policy.
Ability to pass a background check.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Ability to walk distances; crouch, squat, reach, crawl, and climb ladders; work at high elevations and in tight spaces; and repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Upon hire, verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification documentation.

Responsibilities

Participate in AV integration boot-camp and introductory training.
Work on real-world AV projects and solve problems hands-on.
Study for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam.
Work on-site alongside CTI AV professionals for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
