Integration Technician Intern

About The Position
CTI’s paid internship is designed to build fundamental skills and provide hands-on experience alongside system design and technical integration professionals. Interns complete an AV integration boot camp, introductory training, and real-world project work, while developing practical problem-solving skills and studying for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam. The internship lasts at least ten weeks, begins May 25, 2027, and is conducted on-site in Lenexa, Kansas. Interns work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. The internship pays $17 per hour.
Requirements
- Anticipated associate’s or bachelor’s degree graduation between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record under company policy.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to walk distances; crouch, squat, reach, crawl, climb ladders, and work at high elevations and in tight spaces; and repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Participate in CTI’s AV integration boot camp, introductory training, and hands-on work.
- Work on projects and solve practical problems alongside AV professionals.
- Study for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam.
