Integration Technician Intern
About The Position
CTI offers a paid internship of at least ten weeks beginning May 25, 2027. Interns develop fundamental skills and gain hands-on experience while working alongside system design and technical integration professionals. The program includes AV integration boot-camp training, introductory instruction, real-world experience, and opportunities to work on impactful projects and solve problems. Interns can study for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam. The role is based on-site in Austin, Texas, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. The internship pays $17 per hour.
Requirements
- Anticipated Associate's or Bachelor's degree graduation between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record in accordance with company policy.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to walk distances; crouch, squat, reach, crawl, climb ladders, and work at high elevations and in tight spaces; and repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Responsibilities

- Work on AV integration projects and perform hands-on problem-solving.
- Study for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam.
- Work alongside AV professionals.
