About The Position

CTI offers a paid internship designed to build fundamental skills and provide hands-on experience. Interns work alongside system design and technical integration professionals. The ten-week minimum internship begins May 25, 2027, and pays $17 per hour. Interns receive training through an AV integration boot camp, introductory instruction, and real-world project experience; they can also study for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam. The role is on-site in Des Moines, Iowa, for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Requirements

Anticipated associate's or bachelor's degree graduation between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record in accordance with company policy.
Ability to pass a background check.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Ability to walk distances, crouch, squat, reach, crawl, climb ladders, work at high elevations and in tight spaces, and repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
