About The Position

CTI’s paid internship is designed to build fundamental skills and provide hands-on experience. Interns work alongside and learn from system design and technical integration professionals. The program lasts at least ten weeks and begins May 25, 2027. Interns receive AV integration boot-camp training, introductory training, and real-world experience; work on impactful projects and hands-on problem-solving; and study for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam. The position is on-site, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The internship pays $17 per hour.

Requirements

• Anticipated associate’s or bachelor’s degree graduation between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, as required by company policy.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Physical ability to walk distances; crouch, squat, reach, crawl, climb ladders, and work at high elevations and in tight spaces; and repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Participate in AV integration boot-camp and introductory training.
• Work on projects and perform hands-on problem-solving alongside AV professionals.
• Study for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam.
