Integration Program Manager
About The Position
The Integration Program Manager synthesizes complex test, simulation, and design data from safety disciplines—including structures, occupant, sensing, test and validation, and electrical—into cohesive, actionable items. The role leads systems integration across multiple safety, durability, and NVH load cases, securing stakeholder buy-in across potentially conflicting design domains. Serving as the single technical point of contact for external TPMs and program management, the manager translates technical complexities into clear program directives. The role partners with component and systems engineers to define, track, and communicate cascading safety integration requirements; identifies and resolves technical bottlenecks and integration risks across engineering boundaries and test facilities; and establishes systems engineering documentation and integration practices within the safety, durability, and NVH organizations. The manager represents safety, durability, and NVH to external stakeholders, communicates vehicle safety program challenges and opportunities, and ensures integration work aligns with broader strategic objectives and timelines. This is a one-year contract requiring travel to vehicle and component test locations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in automotive safety and testing, vehicle testing (durability and NVH), or systems integration.
- Ability to travel to vehicle and component test locations.
- Proven project management experience, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and coordinating teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate and address roadblocks in safety system development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
Nice To Haves
- Strong working knowledge of FMVSS, ECE, NCAP, and other automotive safety evaluations.

- Align integration efforts with strategic objectives and ensure timelines are met.
