About The Position

Trissential is seeking a Program Manager, Program Integration & Deployment to support a client’s large-scale enterprise re-platforming initiative centered on SAP S/4HANA. The role coordinates integration work across Salesforce, Analytics, and other technology teams, strengthens program governance, manages dependencies, and prepares the organization for deployment and cutover. It is an on-site position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, four days per week, offered as a full-time, long-term consulting engagement expected to continue through at least 2028. The Program Manager builds integrated delivery plans and schedules, aligns business and technology teams, manages risks and dependencies, removes blockers, and reports program health to leadership. The position leads governance and stakeholder activities, supports enterprise deployment and cutover planning and execution, and coordinates readiness, hypercare, and post-deployment stabilization. The role requires influencing stakeholders across teams without direct authority and using Jira for delivery management and program visibility.

Requirements

10 or more years of program or project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholder groups.
Success coordinating cross-functional dependencies, integration activities, and enterprise transformation work.
Strong program-governance, risk-management, and executive-communication capabilities.
Experience managing enterprise deployments, releases, cutovers, or other large-scale implementations.
Ability to establish relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong hands-on experience using Jira to manage delivery, risks, dependencies, and program visibility.
Excellent organizational, written communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, enterprise re-platforming, modernization, or digital-transformation programs.
Familiarity with Salesforce-related programs or integration initiatives.
Experience partnering with Analytics, Data, or Business Intelligence teams.
Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or another large enterprise environment.
Knowledge of Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or comparable professional certification.

Responsibilities

Coordinate program integration initiatives across multiple internal technology teams.
Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and workstream commitments.
Facilitate planning and alignment across business and technology teams.
Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies through disciplined RAID management.
Remove cross-team blockers and escalate critical issues when leadership intervention is needed.
Monitor overall program health and provide status reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.
Lead governance activities, including status reviews, leadership updates, and steering committee preparation.
Align teams around shared priorities, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables.
Facilitate timely decision-making and communicate program objectives, status, delivery risks, mitigation plans, and readiness assessments to senior stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships and influence decisions across teams without direct authority.
Support planning and execution of enterprise deployment, release, and cutover activities.
Coordinate operational and implementation readiness across business and technology teams.
Facilitate deployment planning, contingency planning, and go-live preparation.
Support hypercare planning and post-deployment stabilization.
Confirm critical dependencies and operational-readiness requirements are addressed before go-live.
