The Integration Planner is a high-impact, nonsupervisory individual contributor who converts customer demand, project requirements, deployment schedules, and operational priorities into executable production plans. The role connects Project Management, Sales, Operations, Integration, Logistics, and Operations leadership. It provides forward-looking visibility into workload, sets production priorities, develops capacity and labor plans, and helps ensure Integration Operations can meet completion and deployment dates. The planner is expected to understand how work moves through the operation, anticipate constraints, identify execution risks, and provide leaders with information to support staffing, scheduling, and prioritization decisions. The position reports to the Director of Operations. It develops and maintains short- and long-term production schedules, balances workloads across shifts and workstations, and adjusts schedules and recovery plans when delays or deviations arise. It assesses operational capacity, labor, equipment, operating hours, and historical throughput to forecast resource needs and recommend adjustments. The planner tracks incoming work through production readiness, resolves competing priorities, maintains visibility into work status, and escalates capacity bottlenecks. The role also partners with Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations to onboard new accounts and define production expectations. It participates in trials and proof-of-concept activities, uses performance data to develop scalable plans and procedures, and monitors early production runs. Before scheduling work, the planner verifies material, configuration, work-instruction, tooling, and labor readiness. The role monitors operational metrics, improves planning models and workflows, and provides routine executive reports on workload, risks, and performance. The work environment is an office/warehouse. Core business hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but work outside normal business hours may be required based on company operations. Physical duties include working in a warehouse, prolonged standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, twisting, frequent use of hands and fingers, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds without assistance. The role may also require pushing, pulling, and moving equipment and materials.
