The Integration and Training Coordinator sits within the Training, Safety, and Quality department and is responsible for delivering engaging, consistent, and effective onboarding experiences that ensure new hires are operationally ready, confident in their tools, and set up for long-term success. This role partners closely with Human Resources, IT, Operations, and business leaders to bridge the gap between HR orientation and day-to-day role readiness through training, systems education, and ongoing learning support.
