About The Position

The Integration Analyst will support the implementation and operation of a first-of-its-kind advanced energy facility by designing, building, and maintaining integrations connecting plant operations, business applications, and enterprise systems. The role focuses on reliable and secure data flow across the organization and supports facility startup and ongoing operations in a highly regulated utility and industrial environment. The analyst will work with engineering, operations, business systems, and enterprise technology teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions. The position is fully remote and supports operations for a major energy-generation facility in Wyoming. It is a 36-month contract based out of Bellevue, Washington.

Requirements

Experience designing, developing, and supporting system integrations.
Hands-on experience with integration platforms and middleware technologies.
Familiarity with NextAxiom or comparable integration/orchestration platforms.
Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to diagnose integration issues and develop sustainable solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Must be a lawful permanent resident.

Nice To Haves

Direct experience supporting nuclear power plant operations.
Experience in environments subject to NERC and FERC regulatory requirements.
Experience within regulated utility organizations.
Experience supporting power generation, energy, manufacturing, or other heavy-industrial environments.
Plant systems integration experience.
Strong technical integration experience in enterprise environments without direct utility or nuclear industry experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain integrations across plant, business, and enterprise applications.
Develop and configure solutions using integration platforms and middleware technologies.
Ensure accurate, reliable, and secure data flow between operational and business systems.
Create and support integrations in Azure-based environments.
Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis to resolve data and system connectivity challenges.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, business, and technology teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Support operational readiness, system enhancements, and long-term integration strategy.
