About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Integration Lead to spearhead the technology integration lifecycle for our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities. In this role, you will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and technical execution - driving the assessment, planning, and seamless integration of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, data assets, and cybersecurity postures of acquired companies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of total experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or program management, with at least 3–4 years specifically focused on M&A IT integrations and carve-outs.
  • Strong foundational knowledge across multiple domains: Cloud (Azure/GCP/OCI), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Enterprise Applications (NetSuite), and modern networking/security.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-visibility cross-functional tech projects under tight, immovable deal timelines.
  • Experience building integration budgets, evaluating TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), and quantifying tech synergies.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical risks into clear business terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or relevant cloud/security certifications.
  • Direct experience handling post-merger integration (PMI) for private equity-backed portfolios or high-growth public companies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical due diligence for prospective M&A targets, evaluating their IT infrastructure, tech stacks, software license inventories, technical debt, and cybersecurity risks.
  • Develop comprehensive, phased IT integration plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with corporate deal value drivers and synergy goals.
  • Oversee the consolidation or migration of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS), cloud environments, identity management systems (Okta/Active Directory), and communication tools.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, corporate development teams, external acquired leadership, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Align the acquired entity's security posture, compliance standards (SOC 2, PCI, GDPR), and data governance frameworks with enterprise policies.
  • Direct secure data migration strategies, ensuring minimal data loss, high data integrity, and strict adherence to privacy regulations.
  • Establish hypercare support structures post-day-one/day-two, transition steady-state operations to internal IT teams, and document lessons learned to optimize future playbooks.

Benefits

  • Paid days off (i.e. vacation, sick days, bereavement leave)
  • Health and Dental plans
  • Retirement plans
  • Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)
  • Employee referral program
