About The Position

The Integration Analyst designs and implements data connections between external systems, such as a customer’s ERP or TMS, and BlueGrace systems. The role works with customers’ IT teams and internal implementation and business stakeholders to identify integration requirements while considering system capabilities and architectural limitations. It may also involve preparing design documentation, process maps, and development work items.

The position requires effective teamwork and communication, the ability to clarify ambiguous processes, and the ability to work within mutually defined short timelines. Requirements and processes may change during implementation, so the analyst must adapt and communicate changes productively. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; temporary work authorization, including OPT, and residence outside the United States are not accepted.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of APIs and SFTP protocols.
• Ability to read and follow JSON, XML, X12 (EDI), and CSV/XLS formats.
• Professional working experience with development tools in a support role, such as Postman, Azure (tables, DevOps, queues, etc.), and SQL.
• Strong attention to detail when meeting specifications, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical capabilities to manage varying levels of complexity and a process-improvement mentality.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; temporary work authorization, including OPT, is not accepted.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review customers’ current-state business processes and identify mid-level trigger points or processes that move an order through its lifecycle, from entry through close.
• Communicate requirements with customer management teams through email and meetings, discuss technical features, and review API and/or EDI documentation with IT teams.
• Work with the business team to determine process flows that meet requirements using an understanding of BlueGrace capabilities.
• Prepare design documentation, including Statements of Work, process flows, mapping documents, and DevOps work items.
• Complete end-to-end testing scenarios with customers, review sample requests, and communicate discrepancies that could cause requests to fail.
• Manage go-live deployments and configurations and provide immediate post-launch support.
• Troubleshoot issues throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Support ad hoc projects related to ongoing customer development.
