About The Position

Tactica Solutions LLC is seeking an AI Integration Analyst to turn emerging Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI capabilities into secure, practical tools for Department of Defense mission and business operations. This hands-on role involves building and evaluating AI solutions, improving business processes, and translating technical capabilities into tools that military and civilian stakeholders can use confidently. The position requires practical judgment about whether AI, conventional automation, process improvement, or a combination of approaches is appropriate for a problem. The analyst will develop and evaluate Large Language Model applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and agent-based workflows; assess and mitigate AI security and operational risks; and develop human-in-the-loop review processes, evaluation methods, and safety guardrails. The role also involves communicating findings and recommendations to leadership and mission partners, preparing technical and training documentation, and managing multiple activities against customer and program deadlines. The position is based at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance at the time of hire are required. The position is primarily computer-based and may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. It may occasionally require bending, reaching, kneeling, or lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be provided as described in the posting.
